How does the embroidery process work?
Once you place an order, we start by digitizing your design. This involves converting your artwork into a format that our embroidery machines can read and has a one-time fee of $25 for up to 5". Up to 9.5" is possible, ask for details. After digitization, we will provide a sample for your approval before we start the production.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We typically accept vector file formats such as .AI, .EPS, and .SVG, as well as high-resolution raster format like .PNG or even a .PDF. If you're unsure, send us what you have, and we'll guide you!
Note: Max 7 colors for logos.
How long does the embroidery process take?
Production time can vary based on order size and complexity. Generally, it takes about 2 weeks for smaller orders after design approval. For larger or more complex projects, we will provide you with a timeline during the consultation.
Can I see a sample of my design before production?
Yes! We provide a digital proof of your design prior to production. This allows you to see how your finished product will look and make any necessary adjustments.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 12 hats per design. Hats are ordered in dozens per color. However, we can accommodate smaller orders for certain items—just ask us about your specific needs!
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for bulk orders. Hats are discounted on orders of 108+. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your project.
What types of fabrics can you embroider on?
We can embroider on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, canvas and more. If you have a specific fabric in mind, please let us know, and we can confirm its suitability for embroidery.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the embroidery. We encourage customers to carefully review all proofs before approval.

How does logo digitization work?
Logo digitization is the process of converting your logo or design into a digital format that can be used for embroidery. At Extreme Promo 365, we charge a one-time fee of $30.00 for digitizing designs up to 5 inches.
If your design exceeds 5 inches, it requires special digitization. Please email us at info@extremepromo365.com for a custom quote on larger designs. We’ll ensure your logo is prepared to look flawless on your chosen items!
